Built as a dedicated theatre in 1894. Closed after the hurricane of 1938. Opening in 2027. A goal set by dreamers up against red tape.

We decided to design the future without the shows, without the actors, musicians or the audience. But designs like these awaken what can be and will be among like-minded people with imagination.
