With her deep ties to the media underworld, planning, hosting and posting, including management of any social or experiential event, is no stress to her. She’s a planner, a writer, a judge between good and bad content. If she wasn’t on our team, we’d be in deep trouble.

Creative Director

Kelly started at Darling on day one in 2008. She is a rare talent with a natural instinct for the persuasive word. She makes ideation look easy. She is lightning fast in summing up the crux of a problem and serves up multiple creative solutions. She blends strategic thinking with super sharp and witty creative writing, ranging from social media, to launching consumer products and global campaigns. She leads by example and makes us all better for it.

Creative Director / Copywriter

It's becoming more and more difficult to find this kind of all-around super talent. An accomplished and award-winning writer, Christine's experience includes the most famous of consumer and business brands. She’s a deep and deliberate wordsmith, willing to solve complex issues. She’s strategic and creative, and can surprise you with original one-liners that put a smile on everyone’s face.

Founder

Dutch, Israeli and American, Jeroen is a true international mind split between strategic thinking and creative chops. He’s credited with campaigns such as Mastercard’s Priceless (with Joyce Thomas), the invention of numerous marketing and business ideas such as OPEN for American Express, Beyond Petroleum for BP, and launching local and international campaigns for AT&T, IBM, BMW, Jaguar, AIG, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, Bayer, Absolut, Sheraton and Marriott Hotels.

Logistical mastermind. Like Radar on M.A.S.H. (see reruns). Visualizes practical office and project management solutions in his mind before writing it all down for us to understand. Born on another planet.

Has a solution before the rest of us even sit down. Loves the labyrinth of websites. Impeccable taste. A true born designer. Suffers no fools. But you would never know it.

Actor turned designer. Serves up strategic solutions no one else thinks of. Goes in directions no one else dares to go. Single-handedly represents the next Gen of designers.

Megan
President

Crowned Darling’s president at 30-ish. Moves mountains and has everyone falling in love with her. Scientists have confirmed that it’s her endless energy and enthusiasm that cause her vocal cords to often blast at 110Db. We love her for it. She leads. And clients want her too. Megan is a natural pied piper, who everyone wants to follow. Leading the day-to-day at Darling, she is known to sneak out to catch a Dave Matthews Band concert whenever he’s in town.

Senior Designer

Super buttoned-up, Janice weathers entire storms by herself. A master designer, retoucher, and production specialist. The know-it-all in digital display and all forms of digital production.

We cook up ideas. Marketing ideas, design ideas and even business ideas. When it’s right and it comes together perfectly, it serves our client’s business well. We have seen double digit growth in about 90% of our running campaigns.
